It was through Ed Fouche that I met Frank Znidarsic, starting with a few CC'ed emails I wound up on Frank's mass mailing list. When Frank published a copy of his paper "On the Control of the Natural Forces" it wound up in my inbox and caught my attention.
This is perhaps the closest I have gotten thus far to an actual theory capable of explaining the Podkletnov effect and the various phenomena mentioned in my earlier videos on "antigravity". Frank traveled to Marshall Space Center to witness the Podkletnov reproduction attempts by NASA, and was privy to view the good doctor's data first hand. From the data he extracted a number. A velocity, which had also appeared in the James Patterson Cold Fusion experiments. Frank then spent several years playing with physics equations in order to figure out what this velocity was and what it meant.
The most intriguing detail is that the velocity when divided by the speed of light is a multiple of the fine structure constant. ( v/c = 2/137 ) thus giving the first ever physical interpretation of where that number comes from. This dimensionless constant is actually a ratio of velocities. Frank also shows how you can get his v by starting with the Coulomb Force attraction between the proton and electron in a Hydrogen atom and calculating it's mechanical velocity as if it were a spring.
From this he shows how one can derive Shrodinger's equation for quantum mechanics, and since his equations use velocities instead of Energies and Hamiltonians, they are relativistic by their nature.

I will start a separate thread for discussion of Frank's theories, papers, and other work. I would like to keep this thread dedicated for discussions about the content and presentation of this particular video (and the two below).
After I made this video I felt like it deserved some further elaboration as this was probably the most advanced level topic of anything I have discussed before and judging from the comments left on YouTube, felt like it lost a lot of people. So I decided to do a supplementary interview with Frank where I would pretend to be a regular "NoobTuber" (completely clueless about physics) and ask the most basic questions possible, which I felt the majority would be able to follow (more clearly than quickly flashing screens of equations and complex vocabulary anyway).

Physics and Math are best absorbed at the pace of the individual, so don't be ashamed if you need to watch this 100 times in order to finally understand it. I have the theory.pdf file posted above for the more mathematically inclined users to go over, and Frank's website (although crude and rudimentary) contains a great deal of good information as well.
